Scott Milton is an award-winning product design director, creative leader, and mentor with over a decade of experience shaping digital products, ventures, and brands. Based in Brisbane, Australia, Scott currently leads the product design team at global design studio Josephmark↗, where he brings bold ideas to life through thoughtful strategy, craft, and collaboration.

With a multidisciplinary background and a sharp eye for detail, Scott’s strength lies in designing end-to-end product experiences that balance vision with usability. His work spans early-stage startups to enterprise-scale ventures, turning ambiguity into clarity and strategy into intuitive, human-centered solutions. He has led digital products across wellness, fintech, music, education, and emerging tech, while also contributing to brand systems that support those experiences.

Scott has partnered with global clients including Bruce Springsteen, Sony, Hasbro, and XPRIZE, alongside Australian companies such as Marmalade, Telstra, and the Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation (ALNF). Alongside client work, he is currently building his first iOS app powered by AI and exploring how generative design can be used to create sculptural forms for 3D-printed products.

A hands-on and empathetic leader, Scott is passionate about mentoring designers and building creative cultures grounded in curiosity, trust, and collaboration.

He remains active in the design community, having hosted The Design Kids Brisbane, volunteered with CreativeMornings, served on the AGDA TAS council, and more recently joined the 2025 Awwwards jury.
